If LectureLens is not right for you, email support@codecraftednexusllc.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund it. No questions asked.
Credit packs
This covers the Starter, Semester and Year packs. When we refund a pack, the hours from that purchase are removed from your account. If you have already used some of those hours, we refund the full price if you ask within 14 days.
Monthly plans
Your first monthly payment can be refunded within 14 days. After that, you can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep your hours until the end of the paid month. Later renewals are refunded if you contact us within 14 days of that payment and have not been charged by mistake twice.
If something goes wrong
If a recording fails to process because of an error on our side, the hours are returned automatically. If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, email us and we will fix it.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go through Paddle, the platform used for the original purchase, and usually reach the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
